  • Adults: Unless otherwise prescribed, take 4 tablets, 4 times daily at about 3-hourly intervals, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.
  • Adolescent girls: Unless otherwise prescribed, take 2 tablets, 4 times daily at about 3-hourly intervals, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.
  • Allow the tablets to dissolve slowly in the mouth, preferably half an hour before or after meals, or take as advised by a qualified healthcare professional.
  • Children and adolescent girls: Use only under the advice of a qualified healthcare professional, especially in first periods, delayed puberty, severe pain, heavy bleeding, irregular cycles, or weakness.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Use only after advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use this product to self-treat bleeding during pregnancy or suspected pregnancy.
