  • Adults: Unless otherwise prescribed, take 4 tablets, 4 times daily at about 3-hourly intervals, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.
  • Children: Unless otherwise prescribed, take 2 tablets, 4 times daily at about 3-hourly intervals, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.
  • Allow the tablets to dissolve slowly in the mouth, preferably half an hour before or after meals, or take as advised by a qualified healthcare professional.
  • Children and infants: Use only under the advice of a qualified healthcare professional, especially in weakness, poor appetite, weight loss, delayed growth, recurrent illness, fever, diarrhoea, vomiting, or poor feeding.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Use only after advice from a qualified healthcare professional, especially in weakness after childbirth, anaemia, nutritional deficiency, or postnatal exhaustion.
  • Do not use this product to self-treat severe weakness, unexplained weight loss, persistent fever, chronic cough, chronic diarrhoea, severe anaemia, dizziness, fainting, chest pain, breathing difficulty, persistent vomiting, severe appetite loss, mental confusion, depression, or worsening symptoms.
