HemaBar “A” Capsules by Kamal Laboratories (Pvt.) Limited are a homoeopathic formula traditionally used for bleeding complaints where the blood is bright or fresh red.

HemaBar-A is not an emergency treatment. Heavy or ongoing bleeding, vomiting blood, black stools, or bleeding with dizziness or fainting needs urgent medical care.

Kamal Laboratories lists HemaBar-A for:

  • Haemorrhage where the blood is bright or fresh red (internal or external)

The colour of blood does not tell you the cause or seriousness of bleeding; unexplained bleeding should always be assessed. Kamal’s HemaBar-B is marketed separately for dark blood. These traditional associations do not establish proven clinical effectiveness.

According to Kamal Laboratories: 1 capsule with water every 2–6 hours according to the intensity of bleeding, or as directed by a physician.

  • Worsening bleeding needs medical help, not more frequent doses.
  • No child or infant dose is published. Do not stop blood thinners without your doctor’s advice. Bleeding in pregnancy needs prompt medical assessment.
