Shipping Policy

We want your wellness essentials to reach you quickly and safely 💚

  • We offer free delivery on all orders above PKR 2,500.

  • For smaller orders, a small shipping fee applies to help cover delivery costs.

  • We deliver all across Pakistan.

  • Your order usually reaches you within up to 3 working days (delivery may take a little longer during busy periods or special campaigns).

  • Your parcel will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment will be collected when your order arrives.

Returns & Exchanges

We care about your satisfaction and product quality.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • This policy does not apply to:

    • Discounted or special offer items

    • Refrigerated products

  • Unfortunately, opened items cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons.

  • Please keep your invoice/receipt, as it is required for all returns.

How to Return an Item

It’s simple:

  1. Email us at contact@superwellnessstore.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Mention your order number in the subject line.

  3. Send the product back to:
     SuperWellness Store, [Insert Address Here]

  4. Please make sure the invoice is included in the parcel.

  5. Once we receive your parcel, we’ll process it within 3 working days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are sent directly to your bank account via transfer.

  • Just email us your bank details when you request a return.

  • Whether you send the item via courier or return it in-store, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible after checking the product.
