  • Allow the tablets to dissolve slowly in the mouth, preferably half an hour before or after meals, or take as advised by a qualified healthcare professional.
  • Children and infants: Use only under the advice of a qualified healthcare professional, especially in constipation, abdominal pain, vomiting, bloating, poor feeding, fever, hard stools, blood in stool, or persistent crying.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Use only after advice from a qualified healthcare professional, especially if constipation is severe, persistent, painful, or associated with bleeding.
  • Constipation may require increased water intake, fibre intake, physical activity, dietary changes, stool softeners, laxatives, or medical evaluation. Do not use this product as a substitute for professional care in severe, persistent, recurrent, or unexplained constipation.
