Mektum T42 Headache Drops is a homoeopathic oral liquid preparation traditionally used as supportive care for headache, migraine-type discomfort, tension headache, sinus-related head pressure, throbbing pain, stress-related headache, and mental fatigue where professionally assessed.

It is commonly used in homoeopathic practice to support head comfort, nervous-system relaxation, mental calmness, and relief from sensations of pressure, heaviness, congestion, or throbbing affecting the head.

The manufacturer describes T42 as a homoeopathic formulation intended to support relief from migraine-type discomfort, sinus-associated headache, tension headache, chronic headache, head pressure, and stress-related symptoms. These statements reflect traditional homoeopathic use and should not be interpreted as evidence that the product treats the underlying neurological, vascular, infectious, ophthalmic, sinus-related, or structural cause of a headache.

This product is intended for supportive use only and should not replace professional medical diagnosis, neurological examination, blood-pressure assessment, eye or sinus evaluation, blood testing, brain imaging when indicated, prescribed migraine or pain-relieving medicines, emergency care, or other treatment advised by a qualified healthcare professional.

Usage Information

For oral use only. Do not place these drops directly into the eyes, ears, nose, or onto the skin unless specifically instructed by the final manufacturer’s label. This product is traditionally used as supportive homoeopathic care for general headache, migraine-type discomfort, tension headache, sinus-associated pressure, throbbing pain, stress-related headache, and mental fatigue and should be used only as part of an appropriate headache-care plan. Adequate hydration unless medically restricted, regular balanced meals, consistent sleep, reduction of prolonged screen exposure, appropriate vision correction, avoidance of known headache triggers, and keeping a headache diary may help identify patterns and support management. Migraine commonly involves a throbbing headache, often on one side, with nausea and sensitivity to light or sound. Continue prescribed migraine medicines, blood-pressure medicines, antibiotics, sinus treatment, or other medical care exactly as directed and do not replace them with this product. Frequent use of acute headache medicines can contribute to medication-overuse headache, so recurring headaches and frequent pain-medicine use should be discussed with a healthcare professional. Seek urgent medical care for a sudden extremely severe or “worst-ever” headache, headache following significant head injury, new facial drooping, weakness or numbness, difficulty speaking, confusion, fainting, seizure, severe neck stiffness, high fever, repeated vomiting, new double vision or vision loss, severe eye pain, or rapidly worsening symptoms.
