Mektum T46 Arthritis & Uric Acid Drops is a homoeopathic oral liquid preparation traditionally used as supportive care for joint pain, stiffness, swelling, tenderness, reduced mobility, gout-related discomfort, and symptoms associated with elevated uric acid where professionally assessed.

It is commonly used in homoeopathic practice to support joint and muscular comfort, flexibility, mobility, urinary wellness, and relief from rheumatic or gout-like discomfort.

The manufacturer describes T46 as a homoeopathic formulation intended to support uric-acid management and provide relief from arthritis-related pain, inflammation, stiffness, joint tenderness, and reduced flexibility. These statements reflect traditional homoeopathic use and should not be interpreted as evidence that the product reliably lowers serum uric acid, dissolves urate crystals, reverses arthritis, or prevents joint or kidney damage.

This product is intended for supportive use only and should not replace professional medical diagnosis, serum uric-acid testing, kidney-function testing, joint-fluid analysis, blood testing, imaging, prescribed gout or arthritis medicines, physiotherapy, dietary management, or other treatment advised by a qualified healthcare professional.

Usage Information

For oral use only. This product is traditionally used as supportive homoeopathic care for arthritis-related discomfort, gout-like joint pain, stiffness, swelling, tenderness, reduced mobility, and symptoms associated with elevated uric acid and should be used only as part of an appropriate medically supervised joint and uric-acid management plan. Serum uric-acid and kidney-function testing should be completed when advised, and prescribed allopurinol, febuxostat, colchicine, anti-inflammatory medicines, steroids, or other treatment should be continued exactly as directed. Suitable hydration should be maintained unless medically restricted, while a balanced diet, medically appropriate body weight, limitation of excessive alcohol and sugar-sweetened drinks, and reduction of frequent high-purine foods when professionally advised may support gout management. Gentle activity may be appropriate between attacks, while an acutely inflamed joint should be rested and protected. Do not begin extreme fasting, highly restrictive diets, or excessive fluid intake in an attempt to reduce uric acid. A hot, red, severely swollen joint can also indicate infection and should not automatically be assumed to be gout. Seek urgent medical assessment for severe joint pain with fever, rapidly increasing redness or swelling, inability to bear weight, suspected fracture, severe flank pain, persistent vomiting, marked reduction in urine output, blood in the urine, or rapidly worsening symptoms.
